Meet the Owners

Jill and Tracy Lynn, owners, husband and wife.

Jill and Tracy Lynn own Fresh Paws Spa. We actually came up with the company name in October of 2019. We did not go live with the company until October 19, 2020 with Covid putting a hold starting this service. Jill runs and is one of the pet stylist where Tracy is the operation manager. We had a lot of fun deciding on the company name and logo. We gave our family 5 names and that’s how Fresh Paws Spa came to be!!!

Meet Your Pet Stylists

Jill Lynn, Owner & Pet Sylist

Jill Lynn Pet Stylist

Hi, my name is Jill Lynn. When you meet me you’ll see that I am very passionate about dogs. I have two rescued dogs, one named Cutch, a Labrador mix, and one named Penny, an Australian Shepherd mix.

I have always loved and owned dogs all my life. If you were to talk to my sisters, they would tell you that I’d play “the dog” when we were little. After working for 26 years in a corporate job, I was thrilled to make a career change. I jumped at it and never looked back.

I was trained as a dog groomer in 2013. Following this, I worked with an experienced groomer for a couple of years to get more hands-on experience with different coats and breeds before starting my own grooming business in 2015. I’ve also worked as a trainer at Obedience Training Class of Harrisburg (OTCH).

I currently attend continuing education classes for dog groomers annually. I am certified in First Aid, pet cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and as an AKC S.A.F.E. Groomer (American Kennel Club’s Safety, Assurance, Fundamentals, Education program).

In 2020, I invested in a new, state-of-the-art van that relies on batteries to power all equipment, instead of a generator. Batteries are quiet, do not emit odor, and are better for the environment. The van carries 65 gallons of fresh water that are heated for the comfort of your dog. I use biodegradable shampoo products. It has a power-grooming table that adjusts heights to help all dogs, regardless of age or health conditions, to get on the table and into the tub.

There is ample fresh air circulation from roof fans, AC in the summer, and heat in the winter. I believe the Fresh Paws Spa’s grooming experience is designed to be a personal one with each client’s dog in mind. All these features are things I know are essential for the health, safety, and comfort of your pet.
